The Life Coaching Process
1. Initial Interview: (no charge)
A time where you will be able to visit with me by telephone, discuss your objectives, and pose any questions that you may have.
Choosing a life coach is an important decision, and you should be comfortable and confident in this decision-making process.

2. Assessment and Debriefing:
Establishing a benchmark at the outset of the life coaching process is an important step. The client will take an online assessment (approx. 30 minutes) provided by the coach and schedule a time to debrief the report together. (2 hours)
The assessment methodology is not designed to 'characterize' the client, it is a powerful tool that reveals underlying thought processes and how these thoughts sabotage or support the client's success. Armed with this knowledge, limiting beliefs can be eliminated and new avenues of possibility uncovered.
3. Life Coaching:
Once the client has completed the assessment and debriefing, (required for coaching) then the topics for personal development can be identified and discussed.
Life coaching is based on a practicum - it is not ad-hoc. There are many opportunities to discuss situational challenges while going through the practicum. This is the benefit of life coaching; applying time-tested principles to everyday life in a systematic, methodical way - producing exceptional results with measurable milestones.
The Life Coaching Practicum is a 14 Week Plan (21 hours). The client is provided with a printed manual that comprehensively covers all sessions. Sessions are conducted by teleconference and unlimited support is provided by email.

There is no obligation at any step in the process. An initial consultation does not obligate you to take an assessment; taking an assessment does not obligate you to engage in coaching. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
